Thoracic outlet compression syndrome is the complex of signs and symptoms because of the compression of the neurovascular structures in the thoracic outlet region. İn this article, this syndrome is reviewed in terms of historical cronology, anatomy, etiology, histopathology, clinical and radiological evaluation, and discussed among the conservative and surgical treatment.
