Penetrance spinal cord injuries are seen rarely and most of them are the shooting injuries. Spinal cord injuries because of the cutter are rare. Eight articles and eleven cases were declared from turkey.ın this study, twentyfive years old male patient who had a penetrance spinal cord injury because of falling from high is presented firstly in turkey with this literature. The authours take a view according to these datas that, surgical treatment is the first choice if neurological functions loss is attended at these kinds of traumas after stabilizing the vital signs of the patient
